What if my item(s) arrives damaged?
In the event that your item(s) arrives damaged, please provide the following, via Etsy messenger, within 24 hours of delivery:
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the box and packaging
Due to recent changes in how carriers handle damaged shipments, you must retain the damaged items and all packaging to be considered for a refund or replacement.
If your inquiry is received after 24 hours of delivery, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
*Please retain the broken item and packaging until the issue is resolved.
What if I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address?
If you provided the wrong shipping address and the item has not been prepared for shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and the address will be updated for shipping.
If the package has already shipped, It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the shipping provider and try to re-route the package. If the item is returned to me, I can either: provide a refund for the item (minus shipping charges) or you can pay to have the item shipped to the correct address.
My order says it was delivered but the package is missing, what should I do?
Unfortunately, we are not liable for packages that are lost in transit. In the event that your item is marked delivered by the carrier but is not present, you will need to contact the carrier with your tracking number.
Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

All dimensions are provided in our item's description. We advise not to base your purchase solely on the photo, as our photos do not provide any reference to size. If you have any questions regarding an item's size, please send us a message and we will do our best to provide additional details.
